Exposure teamed up with the folks at Bear State Coffee to host our very first Coffee Morning; an opportunity for the Bay Area Exposure community to come together, meet one another and mingle with a superbly crafted cup of joe.
What are these photos about?
Bear State takes coffee to the next level. Beans are sourced and curated from across the globe and presented as a beautifully crafted monthly subscription service. Our friends at Bear State were kind enough to offer the Exposure community complimentary starter kits in addition to mugs touting the “Curating the California Coffee Experience” motto, cheers!
Two of the awesome Bear State fellas, doing what they do best – serving up top-notch coffee. It was great to see the whole Bear State team in attendance: Salvatore Bertucci, David Chan, Arvind Murthy, Lex Santos and Martin Vielma.

We were so incredibly honored at the outpouring of the Exposure community. Even with the borderline inclement weather, people made it out in droves. Lots of familiar faces, and friends of the big and little variety.
We were so excited about hosting our first event, we got all kinds of Exposure merchandise printed up including shirts, stickers, notebooks and more.
Community is important to Exposure. We value the notion of adding a face to a name, and giving folks the opportunity to meet one another in a casual offline setting.
As a thank-you to eight of our ridicously talented early adopters, we printed up and sold some selects, with all proceeds to benefit the photographers themselves. A big thank you to Julian Bialowas, Zach Cole, Adam Debreczeni, Kyle Frost, Jarod Luebbert, Dan Otis, Tracy Zhang and Charley Zheng!
And we can’t forget to thank June Kim for taking many of the photos for this very post!
To Bear State Coffee, Elepath Studio #00002 and all our amazing Exposure community!
Looking forward to many community events to come.
“We were deeply inspired with the amazing stories and creative energy that filled the room from the Exposure community.”
